Vita Verde provides farm-to-table produce delivery to customers who sign up for our subscription plans. We select fresh, seasonal produce, and deliver them to your specified address according to the subscription cycle you choose (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
2. Eligibility
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account.
3. Subscriptions and Orders
- Subscriptions are billed automatically according to the cycle you select.
- By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Vita Verde to charge your chosen payment method.
- All subscription purchases are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder.
4. Order Deadlines
- Orders must be placed by Thursday 11:59 PM for delivery on the upcoming Weekend deliveries. Orders placed after the deadline will be scheduled for the next available delivery.
5. Delivery
- Vita Verde will make every effort to deliver produce on the scheduled day. Delivery times may vary due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- You are responsible for providing a valid delivery address. If the delivery fails due to an incorrect or inaccessible address, you may be charged a redelivery fee.
6. Quality and Substitutions
- We source seasonal produce and reserve the right to substitute items based on availability.
- By using our service, you acknowledge that produce selection may vary, and you agree to accept substitutions as necessary.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
- Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your account.
- Refunds for missed or unsatisfactory deliveries are at the discretion of Vita Verde.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Vita Verde ensures that produce is fresh and handled according to food safety standards.
- Vita Verde is not liable for any illness, injury, or loss resulting from consuming delivered produce.
- Liability is limited to the cost of the affected delivery.
9. Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
10. Changes to Terms
- Vita Verde may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- Changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
